Park Siyeon (박시연; Xiyeon) is currently an actress under Suyeongang Entertainment. She ranked #25 on Episode 10 of Produce 101 Season 1 and was eliminated.
Career & History
In March of 2017, she debuted as a member of the girl group PRISTIN with other fellow trainees.
On May 24, 2019 reports were made that Pledis and the members of Pristin have decided to disband the group. The label confirmed the news and revealed that Nayoung, Roa, Yuha, Eunwoo, Xiyeon, and Kyla have terminated their contracts with Pledis. Meanwhile, Kyulkyung, Yehana, and Sungyeon have decided to continue with Pledis.
In October, it was announced that Minkyung, Kyungwon, and Eunwoo had signed under another label and planned to redebut in November 2019. Since Siyeon's name was not on that list, it was unknown if she planed to redebut as an idol or if she planed to focus on her acting and modelling career. In February 2020, Siyeon opened up her own personal fan cafe.
on July 2, 2020 it was announced that Siyeon singed an exclusive actor's contact with Suyeongang Entertainment. With this announcement they revealed she is also cast in an upcoming independant film Shinrim People (working title).[1]
