Luri (루리; formerly Lee Suhyun (이수현)) is currently a soloist under HG Entertainment. She ranked #13 on the finale of Produce 101 Season 1 and was not able to make it into I.O.I.
Career & History
Luri is a former Jellyfish Entertainment trainee.
On Produce 101, Luri represented SS Entertainment. But after Produce 101, Luri and Lee Haein filed a lawsuit against their company and were able to terminate their contracts.
In August 2016, Luri debuted with I.B.I with Han Hyeri, Kim Sohee, Lee Haein and Yoon Chaekyung.
After I.B.I promotions were finished, Luri signed on with HYWY Entertainment. She was officially announced to be a member of their upcoming girl group DAYDAY, however the group was rumored to have internal conflicts and the group disbanded before they were able to debut.
Luri made her solo debut on November 15, 2019 under the stage name "Luri" with the single "Blah Blah".
In mid 2020, her YouTube channel and Twitter account run by her company were deleted. It is not certain if the company dissolved, or if Luri simply ended her contract with them.
