Keum (금; Keum Donghyun (금동현)) is currently an idol and actor under C9 Entertainment. He was a competitor on Produce X 101 and ranked #17 on the the finale, being eliminated from the final lineup, and unable to become a member of X1.
Career & History
In late December 2019, C9 announced that Keum Donghyun would be making his acting debut in the drama The Best Mistake season 2 in early 2020.
On March 2, 2021, he was introduced as the first member of C9's upcoming boy group. The group, "EPEX", debuted on June 8, 2021 with their first EP Bipolar Pt.1 : Prelude of Anxiety.
Produce 101 Manipulation
Due to the Mnet Vote Manipulation it was revealed that Keum Donghyun was eliminated when he shouldn't have been. Mnet had changed his rank/votes to eliminate him. It was revealed that his true rank was #8. Meaning he would have made it into X1.
